EXPERIENCE
After many years as a professional in marketing and sales, I joined the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS (PAAR) in April of 2005 and never looked back. I have personally worked with hundreds of buyers, sellers and real estate investors while helping them achieve their real estate goals.
TECHNOLOGY
I was one of the first agents in our area to recognize the importance technology plays in a successful marketing plan for my clients. I always have and will continue to invest a large portion of our marketing dollars into technology based platforms to maximize the exposure of the listings I represent to the largest pool of ready, willing and able buyers in the market today.
SPECIALIZATIONS
I specialize in Residential Real Estate located in Central Illinois, specifically Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford Counties. I also work with buyers and sellers in the Lake Community of Oak Run, located 45 miles West of Peoria, IL.
COMMUNICATION
This is an area I focus a lot of time and attention as my clients have identified it as an area of importance again and again. I am available 7 days a week to discuss any questions, concerns or ideas. And rest assured, when you hire ME, you will be communicating with ME either face to face, on the phone or via email.
