I began my real estate journey in 2017 as the CFO/COO of Keller Williams Premier Realty in Peoria, where I spent three years building relationships with agents and gaining an in-depth understanding of the business side of real estate. That experience shaped how I approach my work today — with a focus on strategy, communication, and empowering others to succeed.
After my time in leadership, I launched my own transaction management business, helping real estate professionals streamline their systems, improve efficiency, and deliver a smoother experience for clients. Supporting agents behind the scenes taught me the importance of structure, attention to detail, and staying calm under pressure — all skills that serve our clients every day.
Today, I’m proud to serve as Director of Operations for The Heffron Group, REALTORS®, a team I’ve long admired for their integrity, collaboration, and community-driven approach. My role allows me to combine analytical thinking with creativity — ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our team continues to grow strategically in the Greater Peoria real estate market, including Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford Counties, and the Oak Run lake community in Dahinda, Illinois.
I’m passionate about optimizing systems, enhancing client experiences, and finding ways to make the complex feel simple. Every transaction is a chance to make a meaningful impact, and I’m committed to guiding clients and our team with care, transparency, and steady leadership.
Outside of work, I live in a small town with my wife, five dogs, and two very opinionated cats. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me reading, gaming, or spending time with family and friends — recharging so I can bring my best self to every client and every day.
